Through yoga, mindfulness, pranayama (breath work), and Yoga Nidra, this prenatal yoga series empowers you with tools to build your physical strength and mental agility as you journey through your pregnancy and prepare for birth.

Beyond the physical and mental benefits of the practice, this series is designed for you to also experience the emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga and self-care.

The classes are themed based on the elements of the first 5 energy centers of the body - earth for the root, water for the sacral, fire for the solar plexus, air for the heart/lungs, and aether for the throat. You’ll explore each of these chakras through a specific flow and practice (i.e. self-massage, breath, mantra, etc.)

Since 4 of the elements are also reflected in the energy of the moon astrologically, and the moon is a reflection of the feminine in each of us, you also get a chance to play with the energy of the moon as it passes through each sign and the 4 elements.

Give yourself the space to enjoy and move the miracle that is your body, connect with baby, build physical stamina and mental resilience, all while you strengthen specific muscles needed for birth and practice breathing.
