I believe the frequency of love is a pathway to joy.  I believe a deep connection with our body and the cycles of nature lead to making the most aligned choices. I believe that reconnecting with the cycles of the moon makes way for a more embodied and emotionally balanced way of living and being.  

I’m on a path of remembering the true essence of my most authentic expression in this lifetime.  

Astrology, Human Design, (and most recently the Gene Keys), are helping me uncover parts of my Self and personality that I’ve kept hidden or have laid dormant within me mostly because of societal conditioning.  

I’m now weaving in this exploration of Self through these modalities with my love of creating.  The offerings on this site showcase the joy of expression that helps me weave these ancient and modern forms of wisdom to help you know yourself more deeply.  It’s the way I am expressing some of my gifts and the beauty with which I see the world.  It’s pure joy and I’m so happy you’re here to experience the same.

Whatever you are drawn to here I hope it touches you in a way that brings you home.  I hope it reminds you of the unique beauty that you are.  And I hope it generates a little more joy and playfulness in your life.  

A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY STORY

I’m a Scorpio Sun, and Capricorn Rising and Moon and in Human Design I am a 4/6 Splenic Projector.  

With my moon in my first house, flowing with the moons energies throughout its cycles, has been an immense homecoming.  For example, with so much water in my chart I began to understand why I was more likely to cry and release on watery moons - Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces.  Or why when the moon was in Libra I tended to experience deep emotional alchemy (given my stellium of planets in Libra in my 8th house.)  

Human Design has taken me knowing myself to yet another level.  It was a complete revelation when I found out I was a Projector and what that meant.  Most of my adult life I had bee living and working like I was a Generator or Manifesting Generator.  Leaving my 9-5 job - a bit on a whim (I followed my Splenic Authority on that one!) was the first step towards honoring my true Self and my path. I’m still unraveling all the conditioning, but I’m now so much more protective of my energy, and feel so much better for it.   Knowing my husband’s and my kids’ Human Designs has also helped me understand their needs - the kinds of environments they thrive in, how they learn, their digestions, and so much more.  I am learning how to let them lead and we’re evolving and expanding our consciousness together as we step into greater harmony giving ourselves more and more permission to be ourselves. 

I have also reignited my passion for art and painting and am now weaving all these passions together which you see reflected in the For Kids and For the Soul pages, though even in the Form Mother’s page with the beautiful journals.  

Both of my births, too, have expanded me in ways I never could have imagined and my first birth had started me down the path of supporting women on their pregnancy journey.   

Both these boys have guided me to sink deeper into my feminine, to trust my inner knowing (my Splenic instinctive intuition in Human Design), honor my body’s needs and desires for rest and pleasure, and connect with and embody the wisdom of my Higher Self.

I’ve been practicing yoga since my teens, teaching yoga since my late 20’s and prenatal yoga since 2020.  

When it comes to pregnancy and birth, my passion lies in supporting women who are on their pregnancy journey to reconnect with their own personal desires, intuition, and power.

So here I am shining my Scorpio Sun Light having traveled to the depths of my soul and the far reaches of the cosmos.  On this journey I have and am exploring the things that bring me most joy in this world.  And I would love nothing more than help your remember your essence, and power, as well, through whatever way your drawn to for yourself or your family.
