    I’m currently in a very creative flow in my life and have opened up a little shop, for now on Etsy. I'm slowly building it with my astro, Human Design, and watercolor creations while the littlest one naps. My Story

Becoming pregnant changed my life. It forced me to pay greater attention to my body (physical health), mind (mental health) and intuition (spiritual health). While pregnant with my first, I nourished my body with wholesome and healthy foods that satiated and energized me, I moved physically, practicing yoga, danced, walked, I meditated, read about birth and parenting, took courses and classes on childbirth, and enjoyed 3 days in a silent Vipassana retreat 6 weeks before my due date. But, I also got wrapped up in the stresses of my job and the mundane daily responsibilities of life not realizing that confronting life in this way would create even more struggles and pain.

As I write this, my son is now 5 years old, and I’m pregnant with our second little one. While even just a year into motherhood I remember wishing I knew more, wishing I had sought out a community of like-minded women, wishing I had a spiritual practice that connected me to my soul and divine within, wishing I tended to all the layers of my body, not just the physical, but the energetic, emotional and mental too. And 5 years into motherhood and being pregnant again, while it seems like I wished for a lot, it’s just a matter of prioritizing and creating nourishing daily rituals that are simply a part of my routine like brushing my teeth or eating a meal.

Society may prepare us to work and contribute to the economy, but it doesn’t prepare us to take care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually—especially as parents!

This responsibility is ours to grasp and explore if we want to live the healthiest, happiest, most fulfilled expression of ourselves, and create a truly beautiful, uplifting, and heart-expanding pregnancy that encodes us with the wisdom in our bodies and trust in the beyond for an empowered, sovereign birth experience.

What I quickly learned when my son was born was that feeling ready, and having a strong desire to become a parent, are vastly different than being truly equipped, and prepared for pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. So over the last 5 years I sought out knowledge, trainings, and practices that grounded me in my intuition, enhanced my mental resilience, and helped me develop not only a stronger body, but also a more compassionate relationship with the body that gave life to my son and a new perspective on life to me.

And now I share them with you, through pregnancy and birth guidance, prenatal yoga, and yoga Nidras.
