Nurture yourself, your baby, and your growing family.

One of the most important things you can do as you grow your family is to create a community of caregivers, practitioners, and friends who will support you through the highs and the lows, the physical pains, and the transitions. Having access to resources for information, insight, and inspiration can also make you see you’re not alone and that what you are experiencing is normal and the door to seek help is open. These are all practitioners and resources that have supported me and my motherhood journey and I know they will have a positive influence on yours.
