About my PRENATAL Yoga Classes
Prenatal Yoga gives expecting mamas the opportunity to practice self-advocacy and tune into their bodies which hold so much wisdom. My yoga classes integrate movement with the breath as part of a creative prenatal yoga flow. My goal with every class is to help you develop proprioception, tune into your body, and access a sense of calm and balance. I aim to equip you with tools to face the challenges of life, birth, parenting, in a calm, confident and equanimous way. It would be a gift to share in this practice with you.
