This is a weekly prenatal yoga class at my home in Worcester.
Give yourself the space to support the changes in your body, mind, and spirit, and connect with your baby and other expecting women in this nurturing prenatal yoga class. Each class includes a dash of meditation to quiet the mind, gentle prenatal yoga to build strength and flexibility in the body in preparation for birth, pranayama practice (breathwork), and yoga nidra. Take the time for some support, sharing, and community.

Please wear comfortable clothing. No yoga experience is required. These classes are tailored for women in all stages of pregnancy. Please bring your own yoga mat. Props will be provided.
Please sign up at least the night before class as there is limited space.
