In 2019, settle into the new year with a 4-week yoga and whole body and mind wellness series. Learn what small shifts you can make in your habits around sleep, food, and exercise to feel a greater sense of vitality in your life all year.
You'll let go of the old habits that no longer serve you (that you may even have picked up over the holidays!), and make space for healthy new ones, all the while setting new patterns so you can make them sustainable.
Each class will include an energizing all-levels vinyasa-style yoga practice, a dash of meditation, and a short discussion around the topics below. You will also receive fun and easy exercises to do at home.
The theme for each week includes the following (we'll tie it all together the 4th week):
By the end of the series you will:
be able to identify the thought patterns and habits that hold you back from living more healthfully and know how to change them
better understand your habits around sleep, food, and movement and how they support your health or diminish it
have learned how sleep, food, and movement all influence each other when it comes to your sustained health
feel stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed as a result of the weekly yoga practice
have integrated techniques into your daily schedule that set you up for more control over your own well-being all year long and beyond
have kickstarted a new way of being and living
You’ll come away with inspiring and practical tools that will help you make subtle shifts for massive change in your life. No resolutions, just good habits.
