A five week series of classes to help women journey through pregnancy with ease and grace. Each class includes gentle prenatal yoga, a dash of meditation, and time for group discussion around a topic or experience from the previous week. Discussion topics may include self-care practices, mind-body nutrition to support the woman and baby (foods & recipes), and connecting with your partner or other women. Take the time for some support, sharing, and community. Recent post-natal women are welcome too.
***This series is available to current Harvard University faculty and staff, Harvard graduate and undergraduate students, all current HUGHP members, and partners/spouses/dependents of current employees and students are also eligible.
