Preparing for birth can be both exciting and overwhelming at the same time. And our care provider can only share with us so much in the limited time we have during a prenatal visits.
In this session you will learn the top 10 things you can do to prepare for a positive birth experience, so you can feel just a little more calm and confident on the big day.
You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and also learn all about what a GentleBirth childbirth class is all about. Just like an athlete trains mentally, emotionally and physically for their big event, we teach women brain training techniques from mindfulness, CB, sports psychology, and hypnosis for success on one of the biggest days of their lives.
This session is going to be held in Harvard Square. Specific location will be shared upon booking.
